Question for Mystery Case Files: The Malgrave Incident

I can't seem to place malgrave's head on the statue and I can't seem to get upstairs in the foyer to place letter's A and G, nor the damn hose or crank arm HELP!!!!

Can't help with the head fighting that battle myself. The hose goes upstairs in the factory and the crack arm is used across from the stairs on the first floor of the factory. There is a lever that has a red knob top that uou get in one of the search pictures it might be the one outside the factory but can't remember right off hand. Hope that helps.
