How do I use the strength tester in Murderworld? I cannot seem to hit the blue button, please help

You have to find a mallet. There's usually one in tents that you can enter, or there could be one lying around. After that, you must charge up the hammer for an attack and point it so the hammer will hit directly onto the blue spots of the strength tester.
There should be a hammer or mallet lying around somewhere on the ground, pick it up, And hit the strength tester. That is the only way to "ding the bell" or destroy the strength tester.
