I have been playing this game for two days and I breezed by the Fire Cup with almost no problems the first day (using waluigi) but now I can't even win a single game in the crystal cup! The CPU keeps beating the crap out of me with weapons and tackles. I am always good at defense like stopping megastrikes (even winning the brick wall award if my record is 0-6)but can't seem to score! I can't get Waluigi's megastrike to work because if I make an attempt to charge up I get attacked right away. Any tips? (Also, when playing the CPU in Domination Mode I always win big on the 2 setting but get beaten to death if I set it on 3! Tips?) How can I get open long enough to megastrike?

I can't tell you exactly how to beat them but keep practising, for a megastrike I like to wiat till I get 3/5 bananas and run into a corner placing them just before you get there, this gives you time to do a megastrike, the more bananas the better. Also using toad practise his dodging move (the flip) if you time it just right when attacking you can jump the keeper. Also have some power people on your team pass around the ball and on the last pass set it to the power player charge the shot till as long as you can depending on nearby defenders but don't let the skill shot happen and you set off a rocket of a shot. Finally with waluigi get the ball charged pass to him and run at goal as you get closer to the box use his doging move (he disappears and re-appears a couple of strides ahead, the whiter the ball the further he travels if youtime it right you appear in the back of net with a goal

Always use Monty Mole for defense and Hammer Bros for the upper sidekick.

Try teleporting with waluigi and use his special power up. Your supposed to hold the c button and make a square around you giving enough time to get a magestrike in.
