Hammer Throw problem

WTH! I can't get a WR in hammer throw no matter what! Iz ther a strategy? Plz help!

I kno really. Basically get somebody like a strong speed character or power character and hold the wiimote like a classic controller. While chargin the throw hold A and spin the remote like a crank.it should get you powered up quickly then when it gets to 1 hold it up normally and throw it at the right time.then you should get a decent record
