Long jump and tripple jump

Can someone give me some tips on long jump tripple jump I really need help thanks

1)On long jump make sure to get applause to go faster.2)Then run until a you are covered in blue and then jump at the white line NO FURTHER!3)Repeat until it works. On triple jump do 1 and 2 on long jump,but then jump with the wii romote and then numchuck then wii romote. P.S. You spelt triple wrong.

1. Get applause to get a brunning boost.

2. Then run. If you are covered in a blue aura you are at Max Speed.

3. Jump at the white line by flicking the Wii Remote up. If you pass the line it is considered a foul. On triple jump, after the first jump flick the Nunchuck up the minute you touch the ground, then flick the the Wii Remote up once you are about to touch the ground again.

All it's about is

1. Get applause.
2. Keep running until you are at maximum speed.
3. Jump at the right time. also it's about your timing and how hard you swing your remote so remeber those 4 things
