How do you unlock the blonde haired mermaid? She is on the cover of the box, but I don't know where to find her.

I have 100%, but have a like 3 videos still locked, and no blonde mermaid. I am assuming she is the character in the bottom right corner when all characters are brought up on screen. Is there a glitch? Here are the list of videos still locked (2,22,52,)

To answer the other questions on characters I found when you picked fights with other computer characters, other characters would run up to you with black circles above their heads. You need to start fighting them but don't kill them, the letter Z will appear. You then will need to buy the character to unlock them. For me I don't know if I still have to find the blonde mermaid or not.

The character in the bottom right corner of the screen is Disney dancing Jack Sparrow from "The Ride". I have all characters and I'm at 100% completion, the blonde mermaid is not available, only Serena. :(

Its so unfair me and my sis have do not touches and she chose Serena and I don't get a mermaid because there's only 1 so I chose Angelica

The blonde mermaid isn't an available character you can only play as her on any of the levels available in the game as she is an extra toggle character.

I have the blonde mermaid!!!! You can only use her in free play though, because she is an extra toggle charecter which is a red hat. You get this red hat at the golden gate on the left side of the port; be a charecter that has a gun or bomb ability then climb on top of the roof of the houses. Blow up the metal doorway and the red hat will appear.Buy it, go back to the mermaid level in the 4th movie (the one with the mermaids picture) on free play, make sure extra togglw is ON and cycle through your charecters and the blonde mermaid will be there. You can't be her at the port, though. It will change you into some random person after you quit the level if you are the blonde mermaid.

You want the blonde mermaid? I know how to get her so you have to go to the port first then go to the left side of the port through the gate and then up to a bit on top of the roofs which has a silver sparkly skull which you need either a bomb or a huge gun to blow it up you will unlock the extra toggle hat buy that and go back to the stranger tides levels make sure extra toggle is on. Then either go the the last level of strangers tides (the fountain of youth) or go back to the mermaid one (white cap bay) when you get there hopefully extra toggle is on and then press 1 or 2 and flick through your charactars and you will find the blonde haired mermaid thats the only 2 levels you can play her on sorry but shes an extra toggle charactar I havent finsihed the game but I know thats the only two levels you can play as the blonde mermaid UNFORTUNATLEY . Hopefully when I get to the end there might be a blonde mermaid but I don't think there is and make sure you follow the instructions I gave you carefully :P

It really works if you want tot be the blonde mermaid go to the roof and shoot the silver thingey and go to the one with the pic of the mermaid make sure the extra toggle is on and swap though you're chaters and then you will see the blonde but you can not be her at the dock :(

Sorry but I,ve got every character and the only mermaid is syrena and you get her when you play the last level of strangertides.

You need to get extra toggle which is on the left in the place on the left of the port go up onto the roof
And use a bomb and destroy the silver skull (you can use this code for Jacoby:BWO656 he has bombs) and get extra toggle for 100,000 studs then when you go on the level white cap bay and press two on your wii remote then you can get the mermaid (if you go on other levels you can use soldiers and pirates with extra toggle turned on)

None of your answers work, sorry but I can't find her and my cousins are working hard to try to find her so please tell me how to get the blonde mermaid!

The blonde mermaid is an extra toggle character. Extra toggle is a red hat. Look on the first result for 'how do you unlock the blonde mermaid on Lego pirates of the Caribbean' and you will see near the bottom of the blog a VERY DETAILED way of getting the blonde mermaid.
