When you first go into this level you are on the spell lumos. Press 1 to switch back to wingardium leviosa. You will see a cart in the corner. Use wingardium leviosa on it and it will smash into the plant. Then switch back to lumos to free Ron (Note you have to double press z to activate lumos, press z to send a beam of light and hold z to turn it off again)

You can't do that I tried and it just fell and broke and gave me money and crap like thatIf you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
