Goddess cave and goddess spring - where do i find them

I need to know where I can find the Goddess cave and Goddess spring. When I cross the rainbow to gull island is this where I will fish for the woodfish?

I beileve the goddess cave is past the bear when you receive ben's rainbow and you fish for wood fish in the Goddess spring, I beileve ^^ Hope I helped
