Well, after you complete Edge's rainbow, you should go and talk with Gin when he is in his clinic (make sure he is not sitting down when you talk with him), and he will be able to provide you with the information you need for the Seedling of Hope. It should be pretty easy to figure out from there, but if you need anymore help, please ask.

Can anyone help me? I found the Godess' Spring and it asked me to find the seed. Where is it? Also, where is Edge rainbow at?

You have to complete alans rainbow first to get to edges and after you complete his rainbow you find the seed. Hope it helps!!

You complete Edge's rainbow and the Harvest Godess asks you to find and re-plant the seedling.
To find the seedling, you have to go through three people - Gin, that person you find on the 10th or 20th floor of the mines (I forget) and that other person.

Gin will tell you to go to the lighthouse and look (the lighthouse is kind of left of the town, I suppose). Find it, plant it, see it wilt. To get to the Miner Guy and ask him, you have to first ask the people at Souffle farm about it and THEN ask him. He'll give it to you, but it won't work either.

Then, you ask the mayor. He'll say "no, no, no!" and etc. He knows something. Ask the people at the Inn, and they'll say he mentioned it when he was drunk. So just go into the bar when he's there (I think it's on Sunday, Thursday and Monday but I really have no idea. Just keep going in until he's there). He'll give you a riddle about a key. Go to the Church tomorrow morning and to the Alter, where you'll find the key. Go to the Mayor's house and use it on the back door (the kitchen leads to it) and use the key. Find the seedling. Be yelled at by the mayor. Plant teh seedling. Voila, 3 days later I think the tree is fully grown.
