I keep picking all the weeds out and water my crops everyday, but they still won't grow! It's near the end of the season and they only grew very little! Plz help!

Are you sure that the crops are in the proper season? And depending on the crop, they may not look like they've grown, but they actually have, so you may try running to them without a tool in hand to see if they actually are ready to be picked. You'd also better double check that there is water in the watering can. Make sure you fill it before you begin watering, every day.
I recomend you use fertilizer. You can buy it from some festivals or the brownie ranch store after it reaches a certant level.
