No he won't accept it. In order to make good herb fish you have to use 4 fish (doesn't matter what kind)and 1 herb

Alright get 4 DIFFERENT fish and a blue or red herb, actually that should give you perfect or shining

Not true. I used a fish from the Caramel sea that was blue- I thinkl it was called Huchen, or something with a B-and a green herb. You do not need more than one fish!
