Yes the hot springs is in Caramel Falls just climb up the hill be the monkey and press A on the spring.

There is a hot spring by caramel falls and theres a hill you will see when your there the hill looks like it can't be climbed but they can so climb up it and follow the gravel path.
Note: you can only use the hot spring one time per day.
