1. Well you have to collect stone and wood lumber and about 4,000 G and go to the carpentry place in the Ganache Mine District. As for the pond and shed and stuff I don't think it's in the game.
2. Well you have to make Brownie Ranch 3-stars to do that sell 10,000G worth of dairy products then they will sell ostriches.
3. To adopt the animals become good friends with them by talking to them everyday and giving them gifts that they like. When they get to about 6 or 8 hearts you can adopt them.
4. You can marry Renee, Maya, Candace, Annisa, Luna, Phoebe, Kathy, and Selena. I think Annisa would be the easiest because she likes herbs and those are common to find.

1, The pond and shed aren't in the game. (Lost Fanatic already told you how to get them)
2, Buy chickens and cows (Silkworms mkight help, but I'm not sure if they count as dairy products....But if they do, buy the yarn maker. It's REALLY helpful earning money)
3,Yep! There are a LOT of cool animals to adopt, don't limit yourself to just the dogs and cats. There are pandas, turtles, raccoons, squrriels, weasels, and maybe more.
4, I think Candace or Kathy are the best. They might not be the easiest if what Lost Fanatic says is true, but I think that just going for the easiest is really weird. A little more work never hurts if you get what you want, right?
Candance-
Loves Herbal Tea. Likes all cloths (wool yarn, thread, etc.), most herb recipes. But, dislikes Medicine and hates bamboo shoots.
Kathy-
Loves Rice cocktail, most cheese recipes. Likes cheese, any other alcoholic drink. But, dislikes mushrooms and hates anything with chocolate, toadstools.
