You need to play one player career mode(easy/medium/hard/expert) and make it through all of the songs, it will be the last 'boss' song you'll have to beat to win. Hope I helped :]

This song can only be played as the Guitar Hero vs. Lou song at the end of the career mode...you cannot buy it at the store or play it on Quick Play.

You can only get and play it outside of career mode for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, sadly. As for the Wii version, the only way you can play it is on career mode.
