How do you beat Ike in Part 3 Chapter 13. I keep trying but I never get close with the Greil Mercenaries especially Titania and Gatrie.

It is best that you don't engage in combat with Ike. Nothing happens if you beat him. The most logical thing to do is retreat when the Greil Mercenaries start to move.
You'll need one or two units already at third tier, then you stand a chance, but it's nearly impossible to get your units that far before 3-13. Contrary to what the person above says, defeating Ike will clear the chapter (it says so in your objectives: hold line for (15, or was it 12?) turns, or defeat boss), but it is far easier to clear it by surviving all turns. Still, if you feel like a challenge, go for it! And good luck!
