I am writing a guide in Hard mode difficulty. Is there a prolouge in Hard Mode because in Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon on the hardest difficulty there isn't. What other differences are there from normal and hard?

I am pretty sure that the only difference between normal and hard is actually just the difficulty of the computer. More than likely, they are more difficult and there are more of them.
Yes, the Prologue's still around.
Differences:
- More enemies
- Lower experience growth
- Less Bonus Exp
- You have to wait longer to buy better weapons from Muston and items from Aimee.
- Less money earned
- Some enemies are at higher levels and are more powerful
- After the first seven or so chapters, all enemies are promoted
- More enemy reinforcements
Hard mode in Fire Emblem: Radiance Dawn really lives up to its' name. It's HARD.
