Turn the controller and nunchuk so they face eachother and move your arms in out as fast as possible ! It gives instructions on the screen, do them and the wii does the rest for you.

Make sure that you are doing what the screen says AS FAST AS YOU CAN. If you don't, then you probably will get killed. :-(
