I have unlocked mine. What I did was I got a TON of detentions. First you have to mow the prepie's grass thing. Then you have to mow in front of the bully's parking lot. Once you do those 2, you have to do the football field. The grass there is extremely thin and it takes a long time. Instead of having to mow 70%, 80%, and 90%; you have to mow 60%, 70%, and 80%. Do all those 3 and you should unlock it. If not, mow it 80% again (you don't have to start over it starts at 80% of the football field). If you do it twice, you should get the uniform. OH! And, I haven't gotten to winter yet. I don't know if it's different in the winter...i got mine just after Halloween.
