It's not possible to get Zetsu/Pain, those two characters are made after book 28 of Shippuden, this game is the end of Naruto and beginning of Shippuden. The creator wouldn't have put such a major spoiler in the game, revealing those two Akatsukis. Itachi appeared in book 17, so that's why he's in the game.

I'm back! Wow, people are really hating me! or other stuff, what ever it is. You are all right, Sasuke Is in the shippuden series. Yet, how would I have gotten him them? First, finish story on all levels. Next get hokage on everyones missions. Hardest part; you have to have played the 500 times in 10 days. Then have the game for a year, then something happens to the game. It goes to the shippuden series, where you play as shippuden Naruto vs the Sasuke you all want. Beat him it goes to the normal game, with all four sasukes in each corner. Do taka one, do susano get zetsu get hokages, get pein! Easy right? THIS INFO DID NOT COME FROM ME.

I know!!! That is why, to unlock mangetyo sasuke, you need to do a secret mission where you battle a REALLY HARD itachi with sasuke. You need to use chidori to defeat him.

I know how to awaken sasuke's susanoo!!! First you activate the mangetyo shaningan than do up+jutsu!!!!! I know this because I do this alot and it's an instant killî pein and zetsu are cool too, but you can only use the white half and he dosnt do much wood relese. Pein is confuzling(meaning an awesome way to use confuse) because of the other paths. I will be checking the compliments so leave me questionsîîîîîîî

You can not use susanoo in clash of ninja revolution 2, its only just introduced in shippuden thus impossible to use in conr2 and pain and zetsu are also basicly introduced in shippuden (well that i am aware of)
