If chosen 1st or 2nd rounds, you can pick LaDainian Tomlinson or Peyton Manning, then choose the best receivers such as Chad Johnson, Steve Smith, Randy Moss, etc. If chosen for 3rd round picks, pick Tom Brady, then pick these following players after Brady: WR Chad Johnson, WR Steve Smith, MLB Brian Urlacher, C Olin Kreutz, RB Chester Taylor/Corey Dillon, FB Lorenzo Neal, and TE Antonio Gates, then you can pick the rest of the players. Last, before starting the season trade your 1st round/2nd round picks for the team who has WR Devin Hester. That way you got a good QB, 3 best receivers, good LB and offensive center, and the best kick returner, WR Devin Hester. Your team will go 10-0 for sure.
