Fast Player Growth
To make your players growth improve,play lots of stadium friendlies, to organize a friendly, go to your calendar tab and press it, press any square block (represents a day) and it will come up with a full calendar, which will show all your fixtures on it, on any free date you want to organize your friendly, press the block of the day, it will then come up 2 options, Stadium Friendly or Street Friendly, select stadium friendly and it will come up with a list of teams that are in your range of transport, select your team then press done and you have made your friendly, when the date for the match has arrived, it will come up in your matches to play like normal. As you play matches, the players will grow in experience, which will improve their OVR Note: This will take quite a few games as their growth improves each game, WARNING: Playing too many matches may result in injuries.
