The following only applies to the updated version of the game as these features are unlocked from the start in the original release.
Curly Story Mode:
Defeat Curly in Story mode.
Sanctuary Time Attack Mode:
Complete the Sanctuary in Story mode.
Unlock Boss Attack Mode:
Complete the Sanctuary in Story mode.
