Will Genki show up?

I haven't completed the "kill satan's best agent" but yet I have ark of the covenant. Either there was a glitch where it didn't say I completed it or a glitch where I got the gun. Does Genki show up a second time?

Crash The Wedding Or Other Quests Or Mini Games Not Starting Fix
So, I just got the quest "Crash The Wedding." There was no cutscene when I got it. I selected the quest and it said "go to Satan's Balcony. When I got there, nothing happened. I couldn't do any activity or open the door to the Ultor. I figured out how to fix it though, if you're having the same problem reload to the closest save, the cutscene will start and it will work again.

Unlimited Level Up
1st you will need Black Book Fillament and Filagee and you need to get the power secret of Ancana. Once that is obtained you will also need Telekinesis. Equip telekinesis in both hands (or one) use the secret of ancana power, use telekinesis on an object, then fast travel to the other side of the map (do not let go of the triggers or it won't work), once you fast travel you level up 1-2 levels, legendary Alteration then pick up another object (don't let go of the triggers) and repeat.

What does 100% super power strength mean?

Does 100% super power strength give you unlimited super powers? Or does it just unlock all the super power upgrades or all the super powers? I want to have unlimited super powers so I want to know.

Find the secret cave containing the Dildo Bat in Brickston.
Go to the bridge leading east out of the neighborhood. The cave is just north of the bridge, right next to the water.
The penetrator is hidden inside the large cave. Jump in with super-powers and grab this returning weapon from Saints Row: The Third.
