You really just need to keep at it until you finally defeat the boss. That's with alot of games. There isn't really any a KEY way to defeating him.

You have to press the L button and then when the view finder appears on your bottom screen, move it around with your stilus until you are over the item you want to take a pic with and then tap the middle of it. Hope that helped!

You basically have to find out the magical mishaps that are limited to Waverly Place. You need to locate Professor Crumbs quickly. Hope that helps.

You have to go to the wiztech and talk to Professor Crumbs. He will talk to you. Then go and light the torches and that will lead to the chest and when you open it, the scroll will be there.
