Introduction

This is quite possibly the best Megaman Battle Network yet. I love this game, and I still play it regularly (it is in my gameboy right now). There are a whole lot of new chips, and the 'secret chips' have been added. There is a new part of the game called 'free tournaments' that allow you to fight in a tournament anytime you want.

Graphics

These graphics are tight! The in battle graphics are the best, showing detailed enemys and characters. Each of the new 'soul unitions' show a different armor on Megaman, and all of them are awesome! Other graphics, like backgrounds are very detailed, and I was quite impressed.

Sound

Let's just say the investment in a good pair of headphones will pay for itself in this game alone. The precussion and bass lines are great, especially in battle. The music is so well done, in fact, that I was in awe for days (just ask my little brother). The battle chips were well done as well, giving you the feel of a real fight going on.

Gameplay

You start playing as Lan, but then you play as megaman when Lan jacks him into a computerized object, and then back to Lan when you jack out. The battle controls are easy to use, and normal contols are even easier. Interaction with everything is a cinch, and you can find objects under or in things to upgrade Megaman.

Lastability

Like I said before, I STILL play this game. The tournaments are picked randomly, so untill you play the game over five or six times, you won't have played against everyone. You can even get more people to fight from the other version. There is also the Black Earth scenario. In this you fight against Bass, and gather Five evil chips. Then you go to fight against your own evil, to learn a way to keep it sealed forever.

Overall

In my humble opinion, Capcom could not have made a better game. Everything about it is perfect, and I couldn't hope for more (well, I could, but I'll probably get it when the next in the series comes out!). If you are thinking about buying this, or any other game in the sceries, GET THEM. You won't be disappointed!
