Introduction

Runescape 2 is the second editon of a popular MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) Runescape was released in 2001. Runescape 2 was relase on March 29, 2004. RuneScape takes place in medieval times in a realm called Gielinor and is split up into three kingdoms, Misthalin, Asgarnia, and Kandarin. It was created by Jagex (Java Gaming Experts) and is programed in Java. It offesoffers both pay-to-play (P2P) and free-to-play (F2P) accounts.

Graphics

The grapics are about average. They are better than Runescape Classic's though. The do make pretty good buildings. You can only see item and people on your floor. For example if you are on a second floor balcony you can not see the things on a ground level. You can also choose what your player will look like.

Sound

Well it has sound and music. There is a music player in your menu and you can play any music you have heard or been in that music area. I for one hate the music and plays iTunes when I'm playing. There are sound effects whenb you are fighting and just about everything else.

Gameplay

Well in Runescape there are endless possibilities of what to do. You can do quests and become a Hero. Or you can go to the wilderness and kill other players. Or maybe fighting isn't your thing. You can become a miner or maybe a blacksmith. Perhapes you'd rather fish or cook. You could become a mage or an acher. Or do you like cutting down trees. Or mabe you just want to be the richest player.

And if you are a member there are more fish to catch and more things to cook and more things to kill. Theres pretty much more of everything.

Lastability

As you saw in gameplay there are endless things to do. If you get bored of Free play become a member. Its only $60.00 a year or $5.00 a month. There are way more quests (and when I say way I mean way) more places to go. More every thing.

And If you want to be one the High Score front page you need to be a member. How else can you get member stats up.

Overall

So pretty much Runescape is a free kick ass MMORPG. There is so much to do and so many people to meet. Runescape is updated all the time. There is an endless list of what to do and there are so many differnt people from all over the world to meet.
