Common sense. Superstars are locked = their theme song is also locked.
You can unlock music of wwe superstar in the road to wrestlemania (brand werfare- week 1).

If you havent the rock unlocked - you havent his song, if you havent any team or superstar unlocked, their songs are always locked...
