Hi there all ,i'm a little stuck with the fire dragon thing in Kazakhstan (Amanda's pet) how do I kill the dragon and obtain the fragment above the gun, have taken it's life a couple of times but keeps coming back

The aim of the battle doesnt include killing the unknown entity (fire thing). It's to avoid it while getting sword bit. Heres what to do::::::
Go around the wall of the the room and pull the 4 levers around the room. Next, get in the gun thing in middle of room and shoot the blue sheres just dangling there into the part where they get electric suff
(shoot 2) and quickly get out and use grapple to take out sword
