I Want To Know What Layouts Can You Have The Cheat Gnome In Because I Want To upgrade and I Need The Cheat Gnome

You can only have it in the first layout if you upgrade the cheat gnome moves to the town square. It's not hard to go to town square to get what you need from the gnome. Don't worry you will have it at town square.
