How do I get more money? Probably a dumb ? But I need help!

Here is the info on how to get more money:

Step1-Create a family and create a really cheap house or buy them a cheap house
Step2-Move the family to a house that they can afford
Step3-Hold down Shift,Ctrl,C. This will give you the cheat box as you will see a white text bar at the top of the screen. Type in the following cheats:
Motherlode=$50,000
Kaching=$1,000
Families last name the amount
----------------------------------------------------1:Ctrl,shift,&C
2:rosebud
3:!;!;
4:Highlight what you typed & Ctrl&C
5: Hit and hold down Ctrl&v
6:Hold down till stops, hit enter,repeat 5 for multiple amounts of money$$$$

At and inside your house enrer L, L, R, X, X, Up Go to town square at the opposite side of where you spawn and there should be a ststue with two red rings around it.

After enable the statue cheat, get to the town square and look for the statue at the bottom left of the map.
Enter following codes to get these option when pressing on the statue.
