You need to get the radio in airplane jungle by the plane and you need to get the transmitter on the second island. I think it is in West river jungle. There is another plane there. The transmitter is in the crack of the plane. You have to clear the vines and you need to put it in your inventory. You then need to go to volcano summit 3rd island take out the radio and choose the option repair transmitter. Then send SOS and your saved. If you send the SOS on crystal island you will be abducted by aliens when you return your motives will be full and you will have free alien food. Dont believe me try it.
