switching sims!

switching sims!
Ok, so I found all my crew members and I know that to switch sims you press the L1 key and left/right arrow and everything. But when I do that, it doesnt work. It only shows my original sim. And no one else. And I'm positive that I'm on the same island area as them. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please????? Thanks!

I think it's a technical error on the game.. You can redownload your game again in order to work..

You need to keep talking to them until you see special then choose ask to to join the tribe

They have to join the tribe first. To do that you have to be nice to them. I know it sucks. They were on your crew but you still have to aks the to join tribe.
After they have then you can be mean to them and attack them. and make them cry
