how do you get 2 the 3rd island?
I made the canoe but it always says I don't have enogh energy and is full...any 1 have any sugestions?

To get your energy completely up to the point that is required to use the canoe you need either a bed or an improvized cot.

If you still can't even after sleeping to the max 
you could try eating something with energy. It's listed in the same part as how much hunger the food will fill. Hope I helped.
