How do you get on two the forth island?

Well there is no fourth island, but there is an island called "Crystal island" which you can unlock after getting to the volcano summit. To access the crystal island you must swim from either west beach or pier beach. When you get in the water you should see an island with crystals on it, just swim to it. (there is also a map piece there)
