Last 2 sets of armour

How do I get the last two armours do I defeat otto for the 2nd and 3rd time in normal mode that you start the game in or in challenge mode if challenge mode I can't cause I got no memory card to save the game ok and so if you know where to get them and how much ar they .thnk you.
