How, how in the world do you defeat Hard balls? It doesn't give you enough track length, I've only get it down about 2/3rds before he escapes and leaves me in the dust, I've been trying for ages but he's incredibly hard please help.

Ok this is what I did so you can choose to do this or not cause it worked for me, after you get past the first part and fight "Hard Balls", kill both the cars guarding him first quickly. Then start shooting him till the guys tear the bus apart and kill them quickly also. And by then you should be able to use that justice button and take over the SUV that comes along. Then keep trying to stay in that same car and kill "Hard Balls". Hope This Helped!!! :)
