Hi my friend went to a shop and got mhf2 downloaded to his psp but he doesn't have the umd and I do. I was just wandering if this is why online play didn't work for us cause I went on in channel 1 and so did he but we couldn't see anyone on and we couldn't see the quest on the board can you please help me cause I thought that if you have it downloaded it still should work but it isn't.

Please help!!!

It could be that your friend needs to Re-Download his version of MHF2 or get the UMD cuase if you have the UMD youre probably fine. If you mean playing online with other people across the world who have the game then you need a wifi max or something like that.

You have 2b in the same room, same channel an Guild hall online, it doesnt matter if he has the UMD or not. Alsong as he has the full game on his PSP then it supposed 2 work.

I don't really know it is way to hard and I can't do it by myself this info doesnt help me an I'm not sure if ppl play this game anymore I'm sure they do some where atleast this did not help me at all I gues ill just have to get a cord for the computer
