I want to give my partner a weapon and other item like the lightcristal but how I have try to give the item in the online gathering hall the only item I can give is the item thats only can be use in a quest like herb how do I do it thank in advice and please answer it with detail

You can only give items that are Rare 3 or below. You can check the rarity of the item by pressing start, then hit X on Items, then go to the item you want to check and the rarity will be under the summary (the thing that tells what the item does) of the item.
