rajang

The rajang is freaken hard it took me 45 mins to solo by myself
Try to stay on it's left side some attacks miss if you do.
Hit it when it's blasting it fire beam or ball.

Its very easy to kill a Rajang buddy...if hard..then it may be fighting 2 Rajang(because there is an elder quest where you need to fight 2 Rajang) So far I killed 17 Rajangs...

The hints are..

1st thing##
Always always move yourself when fighting Rajang(so melee weapons will have a hard time to go with)
Soi prefer using BOW..or if you really wanted to use melle weapon...i prefer you use long sword...(becoz you can still make a roll)

Bow is complicated in the 1st time..but for me it's the ultimate weapon to be able to slain any Monster~~

By using bow against Rajang...always move NEAR it BUT always stay sharp,you need to be always be left or right to it(NEVER be in front of it-its chaotic!! Haha)

When it coordinates it's body...making it's aim on you,be sure you make A MOVE~~and follow by A ROLL...either to the left or to the right...

Well of course...jugde your safety in a split of secs...if you feel you need to make 2 ROLLS...make it!

When Rajang goes Rage Mode...keep up the same thing.You can be undamage all the quest time fighting it..actually it's way to easier than fighing Tigarex...

Oh...this is my further tactics to kill a Rajang..haha,just update this( I just fight Rajang again and this time I have slain 48 Rajangs...YeeehAAAA ^ ^)

When fighting a Rajang, it is critical to stay on his right side to avoid his "zig zag" hops as the first hop is to it's left. By staying to it's right, you can also avoid the flurry punches as he punches to his left first before going to it's right side. 2nd###
The best opening to attack is when Rajang blasts it's lightning beam, which lasts for a few seconds. Sometimes, blasting in a similar posture, it will blast out a lightning ball instead, after which it recovers much faster than the lightning wave, so hunters should always take note of which blast it is using. 3rd###
Hmmm..generally, due to it's speed and ability to hop around, always be alert and follow on the beast's movements. Gunners should keep a safe distance, as the case with all monsters, and beware of it's back hop (think Blangonga). 4th###
It is best to aim for Rajang's head with an Ice element bow(Abomimable Bow). Second best spot is it's tail with Blango Destructor. In order to get Rajang's horn in the reward screen after battle, you must break off it's horns once or both during battle. 5th###
Earplug can be a very effective skill against Rajang. If a blademaster enrages the Rajang, the roar will stop them and leave them extremely vulnerable to attack. 6th###
Rajang can leap out of pitfall traps, completely avoiding them
Only the strongest armors can take a Rajang's punch. It is highly recommended that armor have very high defense to increase a hunter's chance of survival. ehh...not to serios to you right?
