For dual blades, I think High Twin Flames (made from rathian n rathalos materials) are you're best bet. But I recomend you use longsword (Lion Dance Saber upgraded from Saber) or SnS like Djinn or Flame Syphos

NO! Never use duals on a khezu. You have to get in close just to use them on him. The best way is with a long sword because they are more powerful and they are fast too which helps you get away from his attacks.
