I just got a rustone rod I have no idea what it is and it says I need to polish it or something... I am wandering if anyone can tell me how to polish it or something and tell me what it is for so I can use it? Thank you!!!!

Just try to create new weapon, and around 3 question marks will appear n you can make it. The weapon is randomly chosen
