What do I need to make it?
I have the full set but that and I can't figure out what the "hidden" component is that allows me to make it.

Can ya help a brother out?

I have no idea what the "hidden component is but I can give you the entire list of items you need.

4 Rare scarabs (i mostly get them in inscet thicket+2)
2 Blood red horns
4 Monoblos spines
3 Hard monster bones (u get them in G ranked ceapadrome quests)
