Where can I get rathalos webbing and wing? And what is the chance to carve it up on the rathalos? And where do I get thundersac? Is it from khezu? And carbalite ores? I want to upgrade my devil slicer to true devil slicer

Rathalos Wing can be taken as a reward from HR5 or HR3 Rathalos Rank, Rathalos Webbing it is carved from HR3, HR5, or from Azure Rathalos.

Sorry, I forgot to answer the second part... Thunder sac can be taken from G-Rank Khezu (from HR5)... Carbalite ores from Mining point+3 or +4.

Rathalos webbing you havea good 17 or less % chance of carving, I'm not sure bout azure rathalos carbalite is from +2 and +3 mining points at the farm
