Get the cat at the pokefarm to go on a qest in the swamp or dsert and he will bring you it in a 300 point quest.

You can download the quest from the main menu called "Mother of All Battles". Just remember following if you do perform this quest: Do not bring rare items with you, you are trying to kill the white ones only, use a lightweight weapon because you necessarily do not need a heavyweight weapon. Sometimes, you would not get a Barrel Lid, instead, you will receive an Ancient Potion or more.
