Now I'm stuck on monoblos instead of blangonga.how do I beat him easily

There is no EASY way to kill something on this game. You can either 1, take him on like a man, 2, kill him with long range weapons, or 3, bring lots of stuff to make pit fall traps so you can trap him and beat him while he is down.
Try getting it's horn stuck in areas 3, 7, 8. While the horn is stuck, attack with your weapon or plant bombs quickly but if you want it to have more effect, upgrade the bombs. Its head or tail if you want materials. NOTE: If the horn is broken, you cannot get it stuck anymore.
I prity much suck at the game and I got my friend to do most of the quest for me but I defeted the monoblos easy with black mk 11 somthing like the I forgot how to get it so just try AND fiqure that out
Using Devil Slicer and with defence of 300+ is pretty easy without traps, bombs or whatsoever. Without traaps n all those, average time taken to kill it is maybe 10 min
