When killing Monoblos in 4* quest you have to knock off it's horn and it will appear in the reward screen

There is three ways to get the blood red horn
1. Break the horn of the monoblos then kill or capture monoblos and the horn will be in rewards
2. Breack the horn on the shell of the Daimyo Hermitaur kill or capture and it will be in rewards
3. In the jungle map the Elder will trade a Diablos tail for a blood red horn
NOTE: this is a rare trade most of the time he will give a monoblos shell so only do this if you can't do the first two options
