Beating Four Horns Quest

Mmmkay.

For weapons I would suggest the water SnS Frost edge +. Water weapons are a must for this quest, as it makes everything easier.

Some Items you might what to consider taking:

Potions and anything that will heal your health. Take as many as you can get your hands on, this includes herbs, lifepowder, first aid medi kits, ect...

Sonic bombs. I can't stress how nuch these help you out. Throw these when the diablos is underground. It will get it stuck in something similar to a pitfall trap. These help you get loads of free hit in on it, and of, course you can take loads of them with you.

Cool drinks. It's hot, in the desert. Don't leave camp without them!


When doing a quest like four horns, you need to keep in mind that you have to kill two wyverns. This means rationing your items 50:50 so you have enough to take on the second diablos. Run out of items before you take on the second diablos and you've made everything 100 times harder for yourself.

Another simple but effective trick you can do is to get the diablos' horns stuck in a wall. All you have to do is stand on a ledge and let the diablos charge at you. It will get it's horns stuck in the wall. You can them jump down and freely hack away at it. It won't take long for it to break out though, so watch out!

Yeah. I have the same problem. I am using the full tigrex armour with tigrex longsword , I have already killed the black diablos but there is no time for the other one to kill!
