This is a little strang of a question since buffango are very weak. Anyway they are weak have bad carves and ge use to them there pretty much in ever egg/ore gathering quest. If you have a sheild ot a great sword block then if theres multiple bullfango and you have a great sword do a circle attack with a lance just keep stabbing.

Rolling and blocking. If you are against many bullfango, then the main thing to do is to keep moving, if you stop, then you get flattened.
