Use any hammers 940atk upwards or with very good dragon attribute hit him in the legs when he shoots fireballs when he flys and trys to shoot fire ball at you when he is about to land press triange to hit him in the face and use balista,cannon ect...

Exactly what you do with the other fatalis. Make sure you use the gate, dragonator, ballista and cannonballs on it. Get friends to do it with you if you can, it makes it a hell of alot easier. Oh, and you gotta be risky, get an extra couple of hits in now and then.
