How do you get a pale bone it's been driving me crazy!!!!

It's only possible to get pale bone on hard quests so you have to be up to HR3 in the guild quests.
Then talk to the woman to the right of the usual one and select a KEHZU quest.
Once you kill KEHZU you should get one or two.
